Welcome! We’re excited that you’re here and hope this community can be a great fit in supporting you through your journey with ADHD. We have two meetings each month which are held on Zoom. You can learn more about our upcoming schedule on the Meetings Page.
Each 1st Thursday, we host an expert speaking on an ADHD topic. On the 3rd Thursday, our support groups meet to discuss how the month’s topic impacts ADHD in their life. Each support group gathers in a Zoom breakout session so they can connect with others who experience ADHD similarly.
