ADHD in the Workplace
Speaker Series | Public
Join us for a conversation with Evan Monez (she/they), an ADHD life and workplace coach (and former attorney!) who’s been exactly where you are. Evan will break down what makes work so frustrating when you have ADHD, why the stigma around asking for support is so real, and what you can do to make work better—for yourself and the people you work with. Whether you’re navigating a workplace that just doesn’t get ADHD or trying to create a more ADHD-friendly environment, this talk is for you.
We start our meetings with a quick hello to all, then everyone can choose their Support Group breakout room.
Let us know if you are interested in leading a different peer group – because ADHD affects us all differently. Being with others who have similar experiences makes living with ADHD a lot easier.
