Looking for a space where you can connect with others who get what it’s like to live with ADHD? Our meetings are a chance to share experiences, learn from experts, and find the support you need—without judgment, just understanding.
We meet three times a month:
📅 1st Thursday – Virtual ADHD Expert Speaker Series: Join our guest expert as they dive into an ADHD-related topic, offering insights and strategies you can use in real life.
📅 3rd Thursday – Virtual ADHD Peer Support Groups: Small support groups meet in our Zoom break out rooms to talk about how the month’s topic plays out in daily life, work, relationships, and more. It’s a space to share, listen, and connect with people who just get it.
📅 4th Thursday – In-Person Neighborhood Meetup! Gather at Art Marble 21 in South Lake Union for casual, real-life connection. Check the calendar—some months have five Thursdays, but we always meet on the 4th. Want an in-person meetup closer to home? Apply to host one or learn more on our Contact page.
Virtual Meetings are on Zoom, and we’ll send you schedule updates and join links when you sign up for our newsletter to help keep our meetings secure and safe. To request the newsletter and meeting updates, join our mailing list or visit our Contact page.
